You are encouraged to come to the September 16, 2024, Gathering. As always, the floor will be open to any topics you want to talk about. Food, laughter, and sharing knowledge with friends and colleagues. Please RSVP so a table can be reserved with enough space for everyone, but even if your plans change at the last minute, come join us - there's always room for you at the table!

Topics so far: There are a lot of things to share and talk about, so I really hope you can join us. I have several new topics to bring up, and we'll talk about anything you want to discuss. Also, feel free to bring any items you want to give away, trade, or sell to colleagues at any of the Gatherings.
Topics generally include how the Gatherings can best help our practices, the latest news in our profession, information from our professional organizations, specialists we can refer clients to, continuing ed topics and opportunities, information about office space and job postings, and asking for advice from colleagues. And we have a lot of fun!
This page is dedicated to all of my colleagues in the fields of massage and bodywork.
We gather informally on the 15th of each month (unless that's on the weekend), generally alternating breakfast one month and supper the next. Most of our Massage Gatherings occur at restaurants in Harrison, Marion, or Monongalia counties, but we will gather anywhere you like. If the 15th falls on a Saturday, we meet on Friday the 14th of that month. If it falls on a Sunday, we meet on Monday the 16th of that month. It's set up that way to accommodate as many different schedules as possible by changing days of the week, times of the day, and locations.
It's not a club, there are no memberships, no dues, nothing like that. It's simply colleagues getting together over good food to share ideas, ask questions, and get to know one another. All bodyworkers in/around West Virginia are invited and welcome to come to any or all Gatherings (students as well!).
Gathering schedule for the remainder of 2024:
- Monday 9/16 supper at 6:pm
- Tuesday 10/15 breakfast at 8:am
- Friday 11/15 supper at 6:pm
- Monday 12/16 breakfast at 8:am
