Unanticipated events occasionally happen in everyone’s life. In order to be fair to all, the following policies are followed:

CLIENT POLICIES​
At least 24-hours advance notice is required when canceling an appointment in order not to be charged. This allows another client to schedule an appointment at that time. If you cancel an appointment with less than 24-hours' notice, you may be charged half the fee of that scheduled massage. If you do not provide any notice of cancellation and "no-show," you may be charged the full fee of the scheduled massage. 

Out of consideration for other clients and me, please be on time. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate other clients whose appointments follow yours. Regardless of the actual length of the massage given, you may be charged for the “full” session.

THERAPIST POLICIES
It is imperative that I have your full name, phone number(s), and email address to reach you in case of last-minute schedule changes. If you do not provide them, the following policies will not be honored.

I will try to provide at least 24-hours' notice if cancelling your massage so you can plan accordingly. If I cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours advance notice, you may be credited half the fee of that scheduled massage at the time of your next session. If I do not provide any notice of cancellation and "no show," you will receive my sincere apology and may be credited the full fee of that scheduled massage at the time of your next session. 

Out of consideration for everyone, I try to be ready on time. If I arrive late or have a client with an emergency and thus am running longer than expected, you will receive my sincere apology. If it's not possible for you to receive your entire session in the remaining time, we may discuss the options of either rescheduling or giving you credit for the missed time/appointment.
